Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SyncBlock (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SyncBlock is a calendar service that integrates Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and local calendars into a unified view. Key features include:

  • Unified view of events from multiple calendar sources
  • Event creation, editing, and deletion
  • Subtask management
  • Schedule sharing
  • Time analysis

3. Account

To use the Service, you must sign up with an email/password or a Google/Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Access another user's account without authorization
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Access the Service through automated means at scale
  • Circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, and branding belong to the Service operator. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (events, tasks, etc.).

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Your use of these external services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service operator is not responsible for service limitations caused by outages or changes to third-party services.

7. Service Modifications

The Service operator may add, modify, or remove features to improve the Service. If a full service shutdown is required, advance notice will be provided.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service operator shall not be liable for damages such as data loss arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

If you violate these terms, the Service operator may suspend or terminate your account after prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these terms are updated, we will notify you through an in-service announcement. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
